Our licensed Professional Engineers have extensive knowledge and communication with Kitsap County’s Home Builders Association and Kitsap County Department of Community Development as well as close relationships with the municipalities of the City of Bremerton, City of Poulsbo, and City of Port Orchard. Planning

Team 4 Engineering has more than 20 years of experience in community planning and development and have completed or are actively working on more than 1000 projects in Kitsap County. We provide a full range of services from conceptual planning, to permitting, all the way up through the construction phase.
