Our licensed Professional Engineers have extensive knowledge and communication with Kitsap County’s Home Builders Association and Kitsap County Department of Community Development as well as close relationships with the municipalities of the City of Bremerton, City of Poulsbo, and City of Port Orchard. Surveying

Team 4 Engineering has been surveying Kitsap County and the surrounding area for over 20 years and we know it like the back of our hands. Our team of licensed Professional Land Surveyors arm their field crews with the latest state-of-the-art technologies, such as: GPS mapping, laser surveying equipment, and Robotic Total Stations to collect and provide data with the highest level of accuracy and productivity.

Planning

Team 4 Engineering has more than 20 years of experience in community planning and development and have completed or are actively working on more than 1000 projects in Kitsap County. We provide a full range of services from conceptual planning, to permitting, all the way up through the construction phase.
